Study set: $45.00 includes 12 x 18" drawing sheets of floor plans and elevations
Construction package: ( Includes 6 full sets of blue prints) $1,375.00
To optimize the passive solar aspect of the design, site specific considerations should be taken into account and the plan tweaked accordingly.
I offer design services to make any changes you would like at an hourly fee of $70.00/ hour
